Our Company was founded in the Port of Veracruz, Mexico, almost 40 years ago by CP Rafael Garcia Peña Carvajal on August 28, 1985, experiencing immediate growth under our trade name Garcia Peña Consultores SC.
After nearly 30 years of serving the public in various states of the Mexican Republic, our founding partner decided to try his luck in the United States, expanding our services to the American public through our firm, established in this nation in September 2016, and adopting the name VER GROUP CORP in honor of our Veracruz ancestry.
Through constant hard work, we have earned the preference of primarily the Latino community in the United States, Mexico, Latin America, and Spain. Our work is based on providing personalized attention to each and every one of our clients, not only delivering highly professional services but also dedicating enough time to help our clients understand the importance of keeping their accounting affairs up to date, and, of course, their reports as required by the tax authorities.
